Earlier this year Photogenie took part in small project at Bournemouth Arts Uni where a short film was planned shot and edited over the course of 10 weeks, covering each element of independent film making and staying true to industry situations. Industry practices such as pitching ideas to ‘distribution’ panel as well as scriptwriting and storyboarding were among the activities of pre-production. Photogenie takes a brief look at behind the scenes photography and how capturing the construction is an art within itself. During the final shoot, Photogenie was able to capture the ‘making of’ the short film
